Soul Awakening Reflexology - The name behind my business is deeply personal to me. I believe that our feet play an important role in our overall health, wellbeing, and sense of connection to ourselves. When we experience difficulties with our feet or mobility, it can have a wider impact on how we move through everyday life and how we feel physically and emotionally.



To me, healthy feet represent movement, balance, grounding, and connection. I believe that caring for our feet can help us feel more grounded and connected to ourselves and the world around us. I am also a strong believer in the simple practice of walking barefoot outdoors when it is safe and appropriate. It is a wonderful way to reconnect with nature, become more aware of the ground beneath us, and gently engage the many muscles and structures within our feet.
